I reinstalled Direct X SDK. But install Direct X SDK December Update. But
this update didn't have Direct Show help and samples and many other utilities
such as GraphEdit, but there is an Extras pack which contains those tools for
downloading. But this pack seems only a self-extract zip file. I created a
folder "DirectShow"in DXSDK folder and copy all files in extra packs into the
folder "DirectShow". But the pin properties cannot be displayed. What's wrong
with it? Can someone help me? Thanks.

What do you mean by "pin properties"? Does the problem
occour in a utility or is it the docs that are missing
something?

In the utility GraphEdit itself.
It can open .grf files, but when mouse right click on any filter pin in the
graph and press the menu item "Pin Properties", a message box always would
show the following message:

/!\ The requested property page cannot be displayed.

I've seen this when proppage.dll is not on the system or is not
registered. Try "regsvr32 proppage.dll" from the directory with
graphedt.exe.
